  • Check the full length of pipe bore for any sharp protrusions. Ensure that all vent holes drilled are deburred and finished to a smooth finish.
  • Recheck weld joints at both faces where radius is provided to ensure smooth finish of the weld. All sharp edges shall be removed / ground off to smooth finish.
4) PTFE LINER

All Liners are produced using the paste extrusion technique which involves processing PTFE fine powder without use of any pigments - the color is white. On completion of Sintering process, liners are:

  • Individually marked with respective batch number and sample pcs at random are cut off from tubes placed both, in front of the oven and also the rear for carrying out specific gravity and tensile, % elongation check.
  • All tubes are examined for cracks / deformation on the surface.
  • Liner batch no details to be transferred to respective metal pipe by means of a tag.
